I ran across this article today while “Stumbling” some sites looking for food for my vegetarian blog. I was not surprised at the content. It is very hard to find good organic food here in mid-Michigan. There is a small farmer’s market that sits upon the courthouse square of a Saturday morn, but selection is limited, and you had better get there early. What’s wrong with this picture?
